Job Description and Qualification:

QUALIFICATION:
  • At least 2 years experience in Office Management / Systems and Procedures
  • With experience in  Hotel, Transportation and Air Ticket Booking. Background in Visa processing is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in CDC/BOC process on Bring In/Bring Out permits
  • With experience in Inventory monitoring and customer oriented setting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Physical Inventory and daily update of Bldg Supplies (Office Supplies, Uniforms, Housekeeping Supplies, Pantry Supplies) and lodges request to Admin Lead, if needs replenishment
  • Receiver of requests for bldg-specific maintenance supplies and minor works
  • Bldg-specific Admin Tickets request (Office supplies, Transport, Meeting rooms, Messengerial dispatch, Manpower assistance. Flower Arrangements, etc)
  • Bldg-specific inventory and submit request for replenishment to Admin Lead for various supplies (Supplies Replenishment (Office Supplies, Access Card, Uniform, ID, ID Case & Lanyard Supplies, Bldg Maintenance Supplies, Housekeeping Supplies, Washroom Supplies. Pantry Supplies, Coffee Vending Supplies) • Bldg Locker Inventory and Key Maintenance
  • New hires matters (preparation & issuance of Lockers, Uniforms and ID) assigned to bldg.
  • Processing of Employees’ clearance (Admin related items)
  • Bldg-specific: management of Admin common date base (Company Employee List, Locker, Shuttle Monitoring. Etc.)
  • PC Delivery and Pick-up consolidation and PBI / PBO application for urgent requests during ANZ shift
  • Monitoring Funds for E-konek
  • Covid Emergency Fund Custodian (20k)
  • Admin Support to special projects
  • Other Admin tasks which may be assigned from time to time
