Job Description and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in business administration or equivalent
  • Atleast 5 years experience as an administrative assistant
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft office
  • Experience in PO and PR processing
  • Experience in filing, documentation, calendar and meeting management, travel management, and other admin tasks
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Must be organize, highly analytical, can work under pressure, a multi-tasker and motivated
  • Secretarial experience is an advantage
  • Capable to provide strong administrative support for C Levels
  • Can start ASAP
  • Capable to work from home and open to report on site in BGC if needed
