Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in handling a team or as a Team Lead in an Administrative setting
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong command of the English Language both oral and written
  • Strong administrative, organizational, analytical and leadership skills
  • Strong management skills
  • Must be confident, a team player and a multi-tasker
  • Must be creative, innovative, strategic and influential
  • Must be driven, assertive and can provide direction to the group
  • Must have experience in handling a team
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Work longer hours if needed
  • Computer proficient (MS Office)

Job Scope:

  • Manage work activities of the team
  • Monitor performance and productivity of the whole team
  • OT Approval, Resource Endorsement, and Attendance Monitoring of the team
  • Coordinate with process owners and high level positions for processing of requests
  • Employee counseling, orientation, handling of complaints
  • Implement rules and guidelines
  • Act as an Employee Helpdesk
  • Act as natural backup incase of manpower shortage
  • Provide administrative support, process documents and requests
