Job Description and Qualification:

We are looking for an APAC Community Manager who will be working for an Australian enterprise software company that develops products for software developers, project managers, and content management. The work location will be in Amsterdam.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree holder 
  • With at least 5 years of experience in the related field
  • Amenable to travel
  • Extremely empathetic and cares about what customers need and wants to help them achieve their goals
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills
  • Experienced with volunteer management
Job Description:
  • Possess a problem solving and relevant experience
  • Expected to enforce program guidelines and exercise their judgment based on what's best for our volunteers and Community program
  • Part of the Marketing and Community team
  • In-person and online community team
  • Support leaders in the APAC region
  • Volunteer management program
