Job Description and Qualification:

Supervises and leads the day-today activities of of cash posting staff; both onsite and telecommuters, Hires, trains, schedules, monitors staff including the performance evaluation process. Effectively maintains a work environment which stimulates and motivates the growth of subordinates.

  • Oversees the day-to-day activities of subordinates including, but not limited to, monitoring daily production, scheduling, time and attendance, appropriate coverage.
  • Reviews and responds to email and phone messages from the facility, staff, and management. Completes accounts referred to supervisory unit by staff or management on a daily basis. 
  • Trains, develops , motivates, and assists subordinates in reaching new levels of skills, knowledge and attitude
  • Creates reports such as staff memos, meeting agendas, quick reference materials and month end reports. Daily/weekly/monthly meetings with staff as needed.
  • Establishes performance objectives and evaluation criteria for monthly incentives
  • Performs quality review of staff work efforts at the account level
  • Review and approve reconciliations, postings, clearing of unidentified accounts.
  • Monitor and ensure credit card refunds and charity adjustments are posted with the service level agreement.

Bachelors degree graduate
At least 4 years experience in cash/payment posting, adjustments, accounts receivable, billing and collections.
Has experience working in BPO/Shared Services, Healthcare or multinational environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Intermediate understanding of business service functions including billing, collections, insurance, and appeals
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent listening skills, and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast pace environment
Willing to work in night shift
