You will join the GLP-1 Diabetes Business Unit, a recently established ambitious and dynamic team that is looking to significantly expand and accelerate growth in 2020. This position will report to GLP-1 Diabetes Business Unit Head, the territories and cities are Central GMA, North GMA, North Luzon, South GMA, South Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.

Job Description and Qualification:


As an integral member of the field sales management team of our GLP-1 Diabetes Business, you will manage a defined territory and responsibilities will include:

Lead, inspire, coach, develop, monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets

Overseeing the activities of your team, grow business for Novo Nordisk, adhere to the company policies especially business ethics

Lead the individual sales target in your assigned territory; reach the targets and goals set for your area

Establish, maintain and expand your customer base

Increase business opportunities through various routes to market

Develop sales strategies and setting targets; and collect customer feedback and market research


A college degree preferably Science related

You must be able to demonstrate proven sales success within the pharmaceutical industry

At least 2 years of experience in people management

Passion for to drive performance and coaching

High performer and successful in the current role

Professional, self-motivated, team player, resilient, passionate, solution oriented in a dynamic environment 

A strong will to win and has a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales

Knowing the local dialect and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge and experience of the disease area would be an additional advantage

Knowledge and experience of the local healthcare landscape and customers would be an additional advantage

Must be mobile to work in BGC and assigned territories.
