·        Develop business with prospective clients and ultimately generate sales for the industrial parks business of the company

·        Implements marketing programs including use of effective channels

·        Conducts presentations and site visit to prospective clients

·        Establish and maintain strong relations with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and Board of Investments (BOI) and other government & relevant agencies

·        Conducts market research and analysis on industrial estate market and other related studies.

·        At least 5 years of work experience in sales, marketing and business development work acquired in a real estate and/or property development companies

·        Exposure in industrial park is an advantage

·        Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

·        Highly flexible
