Job Description and Qualification:

The AVP for ASM will actively provide to the achievement of financial and customer KPIs by providing strategic management and tactical alignment to the after-sales team handling customer transactions and communication.

He/she will guarantee promptness of the team in managing growth of customer demands by ensuring progress and completion of various projects and campaigns, process improvements and strategic initiatives

Moreso, he/she will address and improve VOCs and VODs through understanding and implementing strategic initiatives that will provide better customer touchpoints in the different policy life cycle stages as well as will ensure customer retention and customer loyalty.


What we are looking for:

A Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 5 years managerial experience preferably with expertise in all after-sales transactions and risk management.

With technical working knowledge in the field of operations and extensive knowledge of life insurance principles and its operations.

Has in-depth understanding of the insurance products and supplementary benefits.

Preferably have taken and passed at least 5 LOMA exams and 1 associate level course in Customer Service or Associate in Customer Service.

With solid experience in implementing process and system improvements

With good leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

Highly customer-oriented, results-oriented, driven to excel, focused on delivering high quality work from the team.

Resilient when faced with challenges and able to effectively resolve conflicts

Highly organized and structured thinking with the ability to understand and synthesize unstructured information

Collaborates and partners across boundaries

Effective talent coach and team builder
