Job Summary

Responsible for the achievement and exceeding of the assigned monthly targets for the showroom
Actively coordinates and takes part in daily activities designed to achieve sales target for the period.
Assist the sales team in generating leads.
Accompanies sales executive in closing account if necessary.
Preparation of monthly sales report and weekly status report. Preparation of comparative data month by month and attending the monthly business review.
Implement strict Tracking Tool to ensure that monthly sales targets are met and that all projects/accounts are being handled within the timeline
Initiate marketing strategies in the light of market trends in the area
Identify continuous improvement opportunities for showroom for to improve profitability.
Ensures that all documents submitted to inter-departments are complete and accurate.
Ensures that all showroom issues/crisis will be resolved within his/her level.
Ensures all business and showroom activities are conducted in line with company values and consistent with Code of Conduct policies.
Establishes customer relationship with homeowners, contractors, architects and interior designer.
Manages, evaluate, coach and train the people under his team

- Report Submission
- Showroom Cleanliness and Housekeeping
