Minimum requirements

·         Accounting graduate and CPA with at least 2 years work experience

·         With advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel especially on formulas

·         Work experience as an Auditor an advantage

·         Details oriented, keen to details and persistent

·         With good command of English, written and verbal

 

Job description

Clear long outstanding BSR reconciling items by:

·         Extract transactions of Lifelines account 23400 from 2009 to 2015 and tag whether the transaction is a billing, billing adjustment, tax adjustment, payment or payment adjustment.

·         Match the billing transactions versus payment including adjustments and strike out from list.

·         For un-match items, extract other Lifelines accounts and search for possible mis-postings.

·         Vouch entries in the physical Journal Vouchers stored in the Finance Compactor.

·         Coordinate as well with Disbursement team for possible unbook disbursements.

·         Coordinate with previous DMTM personnel for inquiries and clarifications.

·         Revisit previously prepared BSR of DMTM.

·         Perform other BSR account as time permits.
