Job Description and Qualification:

Qualifications:

                Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent

                Strong administrative, hr and accounting skills

                Experience in filing accounting documents, recording and other accounting admin tasks

                Experience in Scanning, recording and disposal of HR Documents

                Strong computer skills (MS Office)

                Must be organize, keen to details, and with strong administrative skills

                Strong communication skills

                Can start immediately

                Open for a project based employment 3 months (can be extended)

                Open to work on site in Makati daily

Scope:

                For Accounting Tasks: (90%) - Filing, Recording, Boxing and Organizing Accounting documents from old office to new office and other related  administrative tasks

                For HR (10%) – Scanning, Recording and disposal of HR Documents and other related administrative tasks
