Job Description and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Can start ASAP
  • Atleast 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable, Invoices, General Accounting
  • Open to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Open to 6 months project based employment subject to extension of the project
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Work schedule: 7 am to 4 pm. Overtime is required

Tasks:

  • To monitor and scan invoices
  • To be responsible to request/chase for appropriate approval/s from respective business units.
  • To execute vendor account reconciliation. If necessary, this role will also require to make calls to both internal/external clients to seek and provide the needed information.
  • To perform sorting and filing of documents to the archiving room.
  • And other adhoc tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
