Springtime Technologies is a provider of cloud-based solutions for accounts payable automation serving multi-national companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We enable our customers to automate the incoming invoice process on a global scale. The company was founded in 2004 by a team of AI experts and has offices in Germany and Austria. We have now opened our brand-new subsidiary in Manila/Alabang for the Asian market. We are looking for agents supporting our system to capture data which has not yet been extracted automatically, to doublecheck machine results and to train our machine learning algorithms with your input.

Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming invoices from over 65 different countries all over the world.
  • Accurate entry of the data
  • Maintain Quality Standards and meet the SLAs
  • Train the machine learning algorithms
  • Provide feedback and continuously work on process improvement
  • Collaborate with our clients via the integrated ticketing system to improve the service
  • Define system rules and extraction templates where needed
  • Increase the automation rates
  • Ensure fast and accurate turnaround work
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding and mastery of all tools
  • Protect the privacy and security of company‚Äôs customers data.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or Economics degree
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience in invoice processing/accounts payable, Shared Service industry  preferred
  • Excellent data entry skills/Strong communication skills
  • Adept to technologies, preferably someone who is using AP processing tools
  • Accounts payable skills is a plus
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Ability to interact on a professional manner at all times
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Amenable to work on a rotating shift
  • Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City (hybrid weekly work from home/onsite set-up)
