Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Nursing/ Medical Technology.

At least one (1) year experience preferably in selling medical devices.

Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent business planning and organizing skills.

Adept in Microsoft Office.

Strong team and customer service orientation.

Must be willing to travel extensively.

Open to work on a project based employment

1. Prepares a hospital coverage plan that captures targeted stakeholders and a follow-up plan that has to be updated for progress of actionable items.

2. Conducts day-to-day coverage and interaction with key decision makers / device users (consultants and paramedical staff in the laboratory, purchasing, supply, pharmacy, and nursing departments of assigned hospitals).  

3. Develops long-term and sustainable business partnerships with key opinion leaders / device endorsers, purchase decision-makers who can facilitate faster inclusion or placement of devices as well as end users who will sustain continuous usage of all the products.

4. Prepares customized business plan based on unique requirements of assigned hospitals/accounts. 

5. Recommends strategic and tactical programs which will enhance partnerships and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

6. Implements needed marketing programs in a timely manner.

7. Effectively conducts machine demo / product presentations and communication of key messages / counter-competitive messages

8. Recommends appropriate pricing strategy in coordination with sub-distributors 

9. Provides assistance during procedures using Company’s equipment/machine in assigned accounts.

10. Builds and completes key hospital / account database which includes census, flowchart of PR/PO process, list of endorsers / users / key hospital staff, inventory level of all available relevant competition.

11. Timely reports and gathers market information concerning competitors, price bids, and market situation which should be utilized to improve sales

12. Submits monthly report on movement of product/consumables as well as results of promotional activities.

13. Coordinates regularly with sub-distributors to ensure participation in biddings and conducts flawless execution of planned programs / tactics

14. Performs reasonable ad hoc tasks (admin or on field) assigned by the immediate head, cross functional managers, and/or BU Head.

15. Proper utilization of tools of trade (car, mobile phone, laptops, etc.).

16. Performs duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
