Job Description and Qualification:

? Validate and compare the entries in the stock transfer records during the migration to the new stock transfer system; 
? Assist in auditing the supporting documents for the stock transfer book entries, such as the deeds of trust, secretary’s certificates, scanned copies of the stock certificates, minutes of meetings, revocation letters, etc.; 
? Conduct an audit of the secretary’s certificates, certifications and other documents issued from the Cebu office by comparing the soft copies on file with the hard copies on record in the Cebu office; 
? Receive and transmit documents in accordance with the team’s processes; 
? Conduct general filing of documents at the Cebu office; 
? Conduct simple filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies; 
? Perform simple liaison services outside the AEV Legal office, such as transmittal of documents and routing of documents for signature; 
? Assist the team in notarization of documents; 
? Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Paralegal Supervisor and the Corsec Team’s Cebu-based Lawyer.
