Job Description and Qualification:
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Full range of administrative support such as answering calls, handling inquiries, receiving and distribution of documents/items to all concerned Functions.
* Responsible for receiving and screening of guests/external parties and organizing meetings/trainings in the office (i.e. meeting room reservations, arrangements for drinks, snacks, if applicable).
* Oversees the control and inventory of Office and Pantry Supplies.
* Monitors and schedules regular office maintenance (i.e. Pest Control, Carpet Cleaning, Aircon Cleaning, Disinfection).
* Monitors the orderliness and cleanliness of the entire office including workstations, pantry and stockrooms.
* Oversees Meeting Rooms Booking System.
* Provides assistance in the sourcing of giveaways, food arrangements, booking of flights and hotel accommodations for office-based activities (i.e. training, employee engagement activities, NABCON, MIDCON).
* Preparation and posting of PR/MIGO requirements for non-sales requests.
* Screening and issuance of Building Gate Pass and ensures proper coordination with the Building Admin. Office and Security.
Qualifications:
* Graduate of any four-year course.
* Should have at least six (6) months of experience in administrative tasks.
* Proficient in computer applications preferably in Microsoft Windows.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Able to deal with all levels in the organization.
* Has good planning and organizational skills.
