Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Administration or Any related field
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience as a Admin Assistant
  • Experienced in Managing marketing Campaigns
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good Command of the English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
  • Can start ASAP

Tasks:

  • Maintain inventory of contracts, SOWs & other documents. Update contract register and yearly document management recertification.
  • Administration of the Project Monitoring System (PMS)
  • Input Manhours in SSMS
  • Raise Ariba request for Requisitions/Purchase Order
  • Raise Concur requests for Travel & Representations
  • Raise network access requests in Sailpoint & SMWS
  • Conduct Weekly IT Mancomm Meeting
  • Assist in onboarding new regular or contractual employees
  • Generation of billing reports, project costs, Contractor manhours and maintenance of Project Cost file in DocRep
  • Assists in data gathering & preparation of reports
  • Assists in setting up meetings
  • Assists Admin work for CTO and IT Mancomm
  • Assists in company programs  admin initiative activities (i.e. real estate, facilities, etc)
