QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 to3 years of Office Management / Systems and Procedures
  • 1 year of Hotel, Transportation and Air Ticket Booking. Background in Visa processing is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in CDC/BOC process on Bring In/Bring Out permits
  • 2 years of Inventory monitoring
  • 2 years in a Customer-oriented setting
  • Knowledgeable in various government processes, especially inside the freeport zone
JOB DECRIPTION
  • Ensure seamless operations of all Philippines sites that enable TMs and Support employees to deliver on their commitments to their clients and stake holders
  • Provide administrative support to staff and clients in the office locations where assigned
  • Ensure uptime of all facility equipment which supports the company operations
  • Deliver on “Showroom Standards” for Facilities
  • Ensure safety practices
