Job Description and Qualification:

Job responsibility:

1.          Ensure best practice systems and procedures for the recording and handling of procurement, delivery, receipt, inspection, storage and distribution of all supplies and tools

2.          Observe proper inventory system of supplies and sales tools fixed assets.

3.          Act as the main custodian of the stock room while ensuring suitable physical handling and storage of the supplies, tools and equipments.

4.          Provide administrative function to Incentives and Business Center.

5.          Prepare various reports (regular and adhoc)

6.          Performs other responsibilities and duties assigned in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.


Job Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a 4 year course

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Has at least an experience in admin and clerical work

4. Can start ASAP


Salary:

20,000.00
