Job Description and Qualification:

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably accounting-related.
  • CPA license is an advantage.
  • At least 18 year(s) of combined working experience in accounting, HR, or admin is required.
  • Managerial experience is a must.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Accounting, HR, and Admin Department

Accounting:
  • Manage accounting team.
  • Advise regarding taxation and finance matters.
  • Act as main contact person for BIR.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.
HR and Admin:
  • Prepare contracts.
  • Mediate between Japanese Admin Manager and local staff.

Work schedule: 
Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-17:00
Saturdays (biweekly), 8:00-12:00
