JNTO is an Independent Administrative Institution of the government of Japan. Its publications and website assist in preparing travel itineraries within Japan, providing a wide range of travel information in English and other languages on transportation, accommodations, shopping and events. Job Description and Qualification:

JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serves as a point of contact and link between employees, internal department and external parties including vendors, lenders, and customers
  • Does researches on the tourism-related companies here in the Philippines
  • Plans about promotional strategies for customers
  • Attends and assists events and business trips
  • Handles basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, maintaining employee, financial, and client records, and data entry and reporting
  • Check and update websites and other social media platforms 
  • Prepares and submits documents for new employees
  • Books conference calls, rooms, transits, accommodation and other travel arrangements
QUALIFIACTIONS:
  • Bachelor degree of any course
  • With at least 3 years of experience in administrative duties 
  • Able to travel to Japan if necessary
  • With above average communication skills
  • With good work ethics and analytical skills
WORK SCHEDULE:
  • Mondays to Fridays 9:00AM to 5:30PM

SALARY:
  •  Up to 23,000.00/month
