Job Description and Qualification:


The MARKETING ASSISTANT will be responsible for supporting primarily the business activities of the Diagnostics Business Leader and secondarily the in-market and admin requirements of the Lifesciences’ (Diagnostics Systems, Preanalytical Systems & Biosciences) associates.

He/she will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in product launches.

a. Scouting for launch venues.

b. Arranging/putting together launch activities.

c. Sourcing for appropriate promotional materials.

d. Screening and recommending vendors/suppliers for promotional materials.

2. Monitoring samples for distribution to end customers through the Medical Specialists.

3. Assisting the Business Leader in preparing sales budget of regional distributors.

4. Assisting the Business Leader in the preparation of communication materials for the National Importer and Regional Distributors.

5. Provide overall administrative functions.

6. Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

  • Bachelor's degree of any 4 year course
  • Atleast 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
  • Computer proficient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organize, goal and target driven, and can multi-task
  • Can start ASAP
  • Must be open to work in BGC, Taguig
