Job Description and Qualification:

Must haves:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • Knowledge with MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Organized and can do multitasking.
  • Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Printing and assembling of policy contracts.
  • Releasing of policy contracts and billings to agents and/or clients thru insertion in Airway Bill.
  • Handles queries from various sales members.
  • Handles encoding and updating of policies.
  • Forwards and picks up questionnaire application forms to Medical Underwriting Operations Team.
  • Basic checking of completeness of forms and if new borrower has an existing loan.
  • Encodes received Credit Life claims.
  • Prepare templated correspondence and releases the Credit Life claim cheque
  • Assist in printing and consolidation of Claims Action Sheet
  • Adhoc tasks.
