Job Description and Qualification:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s):
    • Administration and secretarial duties.
    • Must be flexible, keen to details, strictly adheres to compliance, can meet deadlines, and excellent communication skills both oral and written
    • Willing to work longer hours, including weekends if needed
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Knowledge in ISO is an advantage
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can start ASAP

Tasks:

  • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating, preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expedite reports informing work results
  • Recordkeeping systems, control forms, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implement changes.
  • Support other departments administratively.
  • Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
