Job Description and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience in maintenance and updating of records, documentation
  • Experience in monitoring and coordination with partners, vendors
  • Experience in reports
  • Strong excel skills - pivot and vlookup is required
  • Strong organizational skills both oral and written
  • Strong administrative skills, keen to details and strong problem solving skills
  • Must be driven, target oriented and motivated
  • Can start immediately
  • Must be amenable to work daily on site in Cubao Quezon City
  • Capable to work from home if needed

Scope:

1. Maintaining and updating of records and document submissions
2. Monitoring of applications and status updates
3. Communications with agency field partners
4. Consolidation of reports
5. Validation with partner departments
