Job Description and Qualification:

  • 4M: routing of all materials (newsletters/videos/EDAs/patient education modules, Step-up FB page posts, slide decks for MSLs/EEs, EE video recordings) for Empower Diab and HTN, materials to be used by DNEs (spiels/viber messages etc), routing of other patient/MD related materials (updated enrolment forms for patients/MDs), coordinating with agency if there will changes/comments from approvers on all the materials produced then re-uploading/re-routing again for re-approval (happens in most materials)
  • E-buy: raising of all POs & process GR needed for Empower HTN and Diab
  • eExpense: process payment related to engagements with SEE requested In eHATS.
  • eCAF: uploading and approval of contracts as needed
  • eSignature: routing of EE contracts to be signed internally by Sanofi before routing externally for signature (ie society/individual EEs)
  • Helping DE manager with operational reports/admin
  • Helping MSL with operational documents/concerns on doctor/society engagements
  • Remove the eHats- replace to eExpense: process payment related to engagements with SEE requested In eHATS.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 3 years experience as an Admin Assistant in a pharmaceutical industry focusing on reporting, documentation, payment processing, and other adhoc tasks
  • Excellent command of the English Language
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively in all levels of the organization
  • Strong MS office skills - powerpoint, excel, word
  • Strong presentation and coordination skills
  • Can start immediately
  • open to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Open to work on a project based employment (12 months). Subject to extension.
