Job Description and Qualification:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support Zone in all administrative tasks

  • Point person for logistical support such as set ups, room reservation & preparation, preparation of materials, and the like for events and other activities

  • Manage, prepare, plan, and maintain the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and the like for the Zone

  • Prepares finance-related activities (such as cash advance, liquidations, request for payments) for the Zone; liaise with vendor for deliveries

  • Encoding and report consolidation

  • Assist in agency queries and adhoc activities such as distribution of pins, shirts, jackets, and other items

  • Maintain physical & digital files in an organized manner

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration, or similar

  • Advanced oral & written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

  • Organized and detailed, independent worker

  • 1-3 year working experience in administrative or secretarial role

  • Must be open to work in SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA
