Job Description and Qualification:

Must haves:

  • A graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Advance knowledge with MS Excel - Pivot, Vlook Up, Hlook Up, etc.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact on the inquiries and requests.
  • Facilitate deceased investor requirements.
  • Consolidate and monitor closure of client complaints.
  • Prepare daily huddle report.
  • Sort the monitoring file of 2018 to 2019 according to delivered documents.
  • Clean-up of Unreconciled exceptions in Acknowledgement Receipt recon.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
