Job Description and Qualification:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

·       Required Skills:

    • Preferably someone with a strong background and experience in handling Admin Operations
    • Preferably with experience in handling, updating and maintaining company database information
    • Strong administrative and coordination skills
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Experience in the following: booking flights, accommodations, vehicles to hire etc.
    • Can multi-task, coordinate, plan and with strong decision making skills
    • Computer proficient (MS Office)
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig.
    • Can start ASAP
    • Open to work on a project based employment subject to extension
    • Open to fieldwork if needed


·       Act as support to other coordinators, operations, HR and finance

·       Assist in immigration and travel departments as required

·       Book flights, accommodation, vehicle hries, etc.

·       Update and maintain information in database

·       Generate reports

·       Resolve employee concerns

·       Provide information to employees regarding project assignments
