The Position

The Agency Manager ensures that Collection targets are met based on the latest approved KRAs. When it comes to career growth, it is an opportunity to get valuable corporate experience while learning from veterans of the banking field.

As a member of the Collections Division, you will be at the forefront of giving personalized and quality service to our clients. By attending to Agency Owners’ and Customers’ inquiries, requests and complaints, the Agency Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency of our Collections Division.

We are looking for an Agency Manager who will bring fresh ideas to the continuous improvement of our processes, and the passion when it comes to the execution of projects and tasks. We also need the Agency Manager to be versatile and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares monthly endorsements of accounts to Collection Agency.
  • Coordinates with Agency Owners to ensure that adequate personnel is provided based on the volume of accounts endorsed.
  • Ensures Daily and Monthly performance targets are achieved to meet the Collection team’s goals as set by the Bank.
  • Monitors performance of agency collectors and provides necessary coaching for productivity improvement.
  • Reviews accuracy and timeliness of status reports and other required MIS submitted by the Collection Agency

 Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Must have at least 2 to 4 years of collections experience
  • Should have excellent decision making, negotiating and communication skills
  • Candidate must be willing to be based in Alabang
