Job Description and Qualification:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategy Development and Execution - sees to it that sufficient resources and capacities are available to ensure success and in case of obstacles that may be encountered along the way, provides direction in the resolution of such issues as may be escalated to his level.
  • Sales Operations - expected to guarantee the achievement of business and market targets, making sure that various agreed performance indicators are met and exceeded.
  • Management and Leadership - consistently implement sound performance management within his team, make certain that outliers and non-performers are held accountable, at the same time, recognizing and acknowledging outstanding work and behavior.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by advocating strong customer service within his team and intensive collaboration with the Customer Relations Group.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical) with an experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • At least 5 years managerial experience and 10 year of working experience in Sales/Business Developement is required for this position.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • With an established track record of leading a sales organization, preferably at a regional or national level, with a high degree of success.
  • With experience in both or either B2B (Business to Business) or B2C (Business to Consumer) sales channels, with a working knowledge of penetration strategies.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including presentations skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and great time management skills
  • Responsible and strong sense of ownership
  • Willing to be trained locally and abroad
