• Managing, training, and motivating sales team to drive revenue growth
• Manage efficient distribution networks for sales
• Manage and coordinate with distributor or owners of stores (grocery stores) (B2C)
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
• Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
• Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Head

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year degree
• At least 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry
• Experienced in working together with distributors and consumer stores (groceries, etc.)
• Experienced training sales personnel/staffs
• Good communication skills
• Will work WFH but will have to go to various grocery stores directly

Working schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:20am-5:20pm
