Job Description and Qualification:

  • Establishes training needs, designs programs, and oversees their effective implementation
  • Conducts and/or directs training activities, seminar, lectures, orientation and meetings on developmental programs
  • Designs and coordinates organizational development (OD) programs for corporate and managerial effectiveness
  • Formulates activities to simplify work, increase productivity and promotes teamwork
  • Promotes harmonious employees and management relations through proper CBA administration, grievance handling and LMC activities
  • Oversees employee discipline and provides counseling to all employees
  • Coordinates company events and community relations
  • Assists superior in the recruitment of qualified applicants and helps develop programs to motivate continuous employment
  • Assists in conducting salary surveys, wage review, design of employee benefits and welfare schemes
  • Graduate of Psychology or any Human Resource related degree
  • With at least 5-7 years of working experience in Human Resources specifically in Employee Relations
  • Was able to handle a team (team management)
  • Experienced in handling CBA and dealing with union
  • Preferably worked in a construction or manufacturing company
  • Amenable to work on Saturdays
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: 35,000-50,000 PHP per month
