Job Description and Qualification:


Job Description: 
  • In charge of monitoring the operations and the kitchen and staff operation
  • Create and manage the shifting of the restaurant's staffs
  • Manage and checks the orders from suppliers 
  • Assist the general manager in overseeing and implementing overall restaurant's rules and regulation
  • Checks the authenticity of Japanese food and cuisine served by the staff
Qualification:
  • Preferably has knowledge in Japanese food and cuisine 
  • Preferably with experience in a Japanese restaurant 
  • Willing to be trained as a restaurant manager
  • Firm in implementing restaurant's rules and regulations
Working Hours:
6 days/week 

10:00 - 20:00 (2 hour break)
12:00 - 22:00 (2 hour break)
16:00 - 01:00 of the next day (2 hour break)
Sat and Sun: 15:00-24:00
