Job Description and Qualification:

Our client is a fruit products manufacturer that offers their products to the local and international market.


  • Prepares production schedule and monitors the execution of the plan to ensure that production targets are being met at the lowest possible cost
  • To ensure that all products are processed in accordance with the requirements and specifications set  by the company and the clients by developing and implementing tools and techniques in systematizing production processes
  • Coordinates with Engineering and Maintenance Department Head regarding various line repairs, utility requirements, maintenance and improvements to ensure continuous flow of operation thereby meeting the projected volume of production
  • Coordinates with Warehouse Department regarding production schedules, shipments and availability of supplies and materials requirements
  • Determine the manpower requirement in the production lines and initiate the requisition of needed casuals/regulars to the Human Resources/Administration Department
  • To maintain sanitation and hygienic practices during production and in accordance with set standard and specifications b supervising the proper implementation of present rules and regulations including GMP and sanitation of the plant
  • To ensure the attainment of budget objectives of Production Department through personnel training programs/cost reduction plans and improvement ideas on productivity
  • To coordinate with the Pioneer Office for the plant’s accounting operations through correct and accurate reporting of raw and packaging materials finished products and inventories
  • Checks, consolidates and maintains the following reports or timely submission and filing of Daily production reports, OT/VL/SL authority, and Products rejects  monitoring/stones collection/kettle recovery
  • To foster harmonious relationship among team members and provides inspiration and focus to achieve goals


  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in  BS Food Technology, BS Chemical, Chemical Engineering or similar fields
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in Industrial Engineering and Food Production
