Job Description and Qualification:

Our client is looking for a Procurement & Facilities Head for their Service Center in Manila. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and delivering the facilities management, procurement strategy as well as be responsible for health and safety. 

The individual will be executing facilities operations, manage budgets, manage risk, direct facilities maintenance, respond to emergencies, manage contractors and procurement operations, security, and conduct site inspections.

The incumbent should have strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and willing to take strategic directions from the senior management, and would mostly work independently to deliver on the functional plan. Should be able to execute plans independently but aligned to the business objectives.

Required skills:

  • Atleast 15 years of experience in Administration and Procurement
  • Strong background in strategic business partnering and service delivery & operations
  • Should have worked in BPO or shared services industry.
  • Have business acumen, project management, and process efficiency, data analysis, proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues, and lead and influence change.
  • Knowledge in regulatory rules related to occupational health and safety, PEZA and DOLE, will be an edge.
  • Should be customer centric, have strong and clear communication skills.

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
