Job Description and Qualification:


  • Gather and evaluate user requirements with Project Managers, Designers, and Developers
  • Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various digital channels (web, mobile, etc.) using the most appropriate technologies and techniques to test design concepts
  • Understand the technical and compliance limitations and implications of the design concepts and strategies
  • Create UI designs and adhere to the company’s standards on fonts, colors and image
  • Develops cohesive design strategy for company brand expressed through visual and digital artifacts
  • Demonstrate and explain designs to peers and stakeholders
  • Provides overall expertise & advocacy on user centered design based on user research
  • Help establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role
  • Must have a portfolio demonstrating ability using UI design to solve complex usability challenges
  • Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • A strong understanding and belief in UX design methods and techniques
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc. across different types of devices and screen sizes
  • Proficiency in using a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar prototyping/wireframing tools
  • Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines without compromising quality and adjust to frequent changes in project priorities
  • Nice-to-have: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, User Research, and Design Thinking
