Key Accountabilities:

Conducts Application User Access Reviews
Submission of tickets in ServiceNow or other systems to request removal of access to the application or group as a result from termination, transfers, or certification.
Orphan Analysis: Identifying orphans from each application and submitting of orphan remediation request or GUID fixes.
Generation and distribution of Certification status and result reports to application owners
Tracking of ticket numbers submitted to remove personnel’s access
Tracking of reviews and their status
Documentation of evidences and attestations
Timely entry of time worked into PPM


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Must pass current job expectations and meet performance metrics
Must not have any attendance issues and have not received any disciplinary action.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize
A highly motivated self-starter who is self-disciplined and self-correcting.  Ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Must have good MS Office skills and experience in creating reports
Strong English comprehension both oral and written
