Job Description and Qualification:

Qualifications:

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Business, Political Science, Legal Management or equivalent.

·         At least 2 - 5 year(s) of working experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant.

·         Exposure to law firms is an advantage.

       Open to Fresh Graduates, undergraduates, preferably with BPO/Call center experience

·         Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI CITY.

·         Must be open for a Project Based role subject to extension

·         Open to work Night Shift and on weekends

·         Open to start ASAP

·         Knowledge in Microsoft Visio and SharePoint is an advantage

Required Skills:

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Strong command of the English language is a must both oral and written

·         Ability to operate telephone equipment or systems and e-mail/word applications

·         Basic Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PPT)

·         Excellent Organization and Coordination Skills

·         Strong scheduling management

·         Trustworthy in managing and handling confidential matters and information

·         Work in an organized and efficient manner, have an excellent attention to detail, and be familiar with the resources available

Tasks

·         Manage calendars, arrange meetings, conferences and other internal and external activities; book conference rooms and venues;

·         Plan and prepare all travel-related needs (i.e. flights / trains, hotels, cars, itinerary, etc.)

·         Create and maintain contact information and email distribution lists

·         Handle phone calls, responding as appropriate and/or ensuring that all messages are passed on in a timely manner

·         Draft or revise routine letters, memos, reports, e-mails, etc., in proper White & Case style and format.

·         Proofread and edit content and correspondences to correct grammar, spelling and punctuation; produce and transcribe dictation

·         Assist with projects and logistics arrangements

·         Manage multiple assignments and communicate the status and progress

·         Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
