Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Preferably with 6 months experience in customer service and insurance background
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open to be assigned in the following area: CEBU BUSINESS PARK, CEBU CITY
  • Must have excellent communication and interaction skills, confident and with pleasing personality
  • Strong customer service skills is required, can effectively communicate with customers
  • Must have excellent command of the English language
  • Can sucessfully handle queries and concerns, assist customers
  • Strong administrative and organization skills
  • Must be keen to details, pro-active, target driven, motivated and can work under pressure

  • Handles various inquiries and requests from walk-in customers,
  • Checks status/details and/or requirements to process the request and advise the customer
  • Promote product to Customers. Guide the customers in the registration.
  • Monitors the progress of requests and complaints received, ensures resolution within target turnaround times and provides necessary feedback to customers regarding their requests
  • Follow-up and escalate pending requests.
  • Refer and coordinate complaints to Customer Care.
  • Daily submission of consolidated daily transactions and reports
