Job Description and Qualification:

1.       The Service Provider’s assigned Compensation and Benefits coordinator/s shall possess the following qualifications and job-specific requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration and Management or a graduate of any 4 or 5-year related course.

·         Ability to maintain high confidentiality.

·         Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

·         Ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Knowledgeable on policies, rules and guidelines pertaining to government mandated offices (SSS, PhilHealth, BIR and HDMF)

·         Preferably with experience working on benefit administration and liaising with government institutions


2.       The Service Provider’s assigned Compensation and Benefits coordinator/s will have the following responsibilities during their assignment:

·         Responsible for completion of employee’s PIN (personal identification number) from required government mandated offices – SSS, BIR, PhilHealth and HDMF during an employee onboarding process

·         Responsible in auditing and coordinating with new hires on completion of benefit-related documents such as: SSS Loan statements, BIR 2305, PhilHealth MDR,, during onboarding process

·         Responsible for liaising with government mandated offices in submission and completion of employee benefit availment requests

·         Responsible for checking completion of exit clearance and off-boarding documentation

·         Assist in the maintenance of benefit reports for as well as, weekly/monthly HR operations reports

·         Assist the compensation and benefits team with employee services transactions and other compensation and benefit functions

·         Assist the compensation and benefits team in filing documents inside 201 folders

·         Assist the compensation and benefits team in training and managing OJT’s or interns

·         Work on special projects as requested. Other duties may be assigned
