Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Full Responsibility of the Team
    • Performance Management
    • KPI Setting / Monitoring
    • Implementation of Accounts / Monitoring
  • Work closely with the internal stakeholders for various Client accounts to ensure all accounts are properly implemented / documented.
  • Ensure all accounts are properly documented inclusive of process flows
  • Ensure monthly / quarterly reports are shared with various levels of stakeholders / management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline existing process and/or make recommendations where needed to further enhance business productivity.
  • Set KPI’s & Monitor inclusive of;
    • Quantitative Metrics
    • Qualitative Metrics
  • Lead the team to prepare and audit weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports and information submitted to internal and external customer are accurate and complete.

Job & Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in reporting in a multi-unit, global entity on billing
  • platform.
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in working with ambiguity in a complex organizational/client environment is preferred
  • Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
  • Strong communication / Problem Solving / Pro Active attitude
  • Strong System / Analytical Skills
  • Strong Number & Excel Skills (Macro Knowledge is huge plus)
  • Experience in setting / monitoring KPI’s (Quantitative & Qualitative Metrics)
  • Strong Reporting Skillset (Charting / PowerPoint)
