Job Description and Qualification:


Directly responsible in soliticing auto loans in his/her assigned geographical area  from Branches, Auto dealers, Brokers or Sales Agents



  • Directly solicits loans from Branches, Acredited, Auto Dealers and Brokers with the objective of meeting the volume targets
  • Pre-screens application received from the dealers, brokers or sales agents to ensure completeness and accuracy of information upon processing 
  • Monitors application received from various selling channels and coordinates with the selling channels of Auto loans regarding their customers 
  • Ensures that processing TAT is met across the process from loan application, approval/decisio, booking and disbursement of loans proceeds. Ensure compliance of document deficiencies within acceptable TAT. 
  • Review all returned/ rejected loan application forms and preparation of memos for consideration, if applicable
  • Implement incentives programs, as applicable to increase the number of dealers and brokers or sale agents to increase breadth and reach to customers


  • Must have at least 3-5 years experience as Auto Dealers
  • Must have knowledge in Implementing marketing programs,  showcases, sales blitzes on their assigned area.  
  • Willing to attend training and seminars to further enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Must recommends accreditation of qualified brokers, dealers or sales agents
