Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for sales development in the assigned   area
  • Coordinate with members and leaders in assigned area  for activities, events, meetings, and trainings·
  • Source, recruit and develop leaders and members in  assigned area·
  • Source speakers for events and marketing activities·
  • Conduct trainings and marketing plan presentations as needed·
  • Conduct product presentation and trainings as needed·
  • Conduct up skill trainings as needed·
  • Arrange and conduct business opportunity meetings as needed·
  • Answer inquiries regarding products, marketing plan, activities, and other concerns·
  • Actively promote company’s product and marketing initiatives·
  • Visits branches and business centers·
  • Create and submit reports on time·
  • Occasional travel to various areas in growing the business·
  • Conduct audit sequence to internal and external customers

Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate (4-year course )
  • Should have experience in MLM, direct selling or FMCG
  • Male or Female with pleasing personality
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Enjoys meeting and talking to people
  • Organized
  • Can work independently
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Amendable to occasional travel ( domestic / international )
