Job Description and Qualification:

We are looking for a PR and social community manager to support commercial priorities and KPIs of the bank through effective communications and positioning of the brand in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute campaigns, events or initiatives to raise brand awareness and build into a love brand.
  • Organize press events and handle media relations as part of any integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and grow social media communities on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Masterfully handle positive and negative sentiments online and in social media.
  • Develop content and posts in line with brand personality and brand voice to engage and energize followers with the purpose of building the company into a love brand.
  • Understand PR and social media KPIs and best practices to achieve the communication objectives.
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in brand communications and online/social media engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt to brand voice
  • Shows initiative, self-starting and is a resourceful problem solver and team player
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Solid response and reputation management skills. Crisis management experience is a big plus.
  • Can-do attitude, ability to think outside the box, roll-up your sleeves mentality.
  • Background in B2C and ecommerce/financial services/ fintech is preferred. Experience in other industries is still welcomed.
