Job Description and Qualification:

This company is subsidiary of Japanese one of the major shipping company which is listed in Japan. Mother company has  304 group company all over the world.

The job is building management administration of the client own building. Tenants are approximately 10 and they service tenants budgeting and rent documentations.

【Job description】
  • Supervising the department and office staffs management
  • Lending management of the parking lots of the building
  • Documentation of rent invoice for the tenants
  • Budget making and meeting with a building maintenance contractor
【Qualification】
  • Must 4 years collage graduate
  • Have experience of Administration or Accounting/ HR 
  • Have experience of manager/supervising role
  • Japanese skills is advantage
  • Building management experience is advantage
【Working condition/Benefit】
  • Amenable to work in Pasay city
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Provide rice allowance, Uniform
  • 15 Sick/vacation leave after one year
  • HMO
