Job Description and Qualification:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         New Client Prospecting 

1.    Generate new prospect leads (research prospects, organize calling list.)

2.    Follow up with leads to get initial meetings (At least 60 calls/day, emailing request and follow ups, coordinating schedules)

3.    Keep records of calling activities and create daily reports (tracking, etc.)

4.    Network across JCCI business units for cross selling opportunities (e.g. occasionally attend Monday sales conference)

·         Meeting Preparation 

1.      Organize, update and communicate visit schedule

2.      Research prospects, prepare visit report and presentation

3.      Support calling activity

·         Meeting Follow up 

1.  Coordinate for follow ups (eg, set up/take down trial access, send brochures, articles, example curriculums, etc.)

2.      Seek out information from others on the HBP team

3.      Prepare draft proposals from examples and direction provided

4.      Research HBS cases, articles, etc.

5.      Attend weekly pipeline

·         Client duties 

1.      Co-manage client database

2.      Organize communication of upcoming programs and opportunities

3.      Support in delivery of programs

·         Handle ad hock job requirements 

1.      HBP events & other activities

2.      Support other teams in their activities
