Job Description and Qualification:

  • Assigned certain industries to cover – have to do field work, have to be out there in the market visiting clients, companies to see if they can offer services. Attend networking events to generate leads or call clients.
  • Combination of business development and account management but more heavily tilted to business development.
  • There are 3 divisions in ESSD: BU1 – consumer, healthcare, insurance, financial services except banking.
  • Skill set: won’t be afraid to face senior level contacts, approachable in networking events
  • A lot of identifying potential clients and chasing them. Strategically identifying clients per industry
  • 2-5 yrs experience doing corporate sales – calling on companies as clients  (HR, GR of companies to sell product, systems or services)
  • Mid 20’s
  • Key things: Selling or doing business development chasing corporate accounts
