Our client is a subsidiary of Shimizu Corporation and has become one of the top 5  leading general contractor in Japan. 

They construct private buildings and their clients are mostly Japanese Manufacturing Companies. They are now eyeing to develop business relationships with big real estate developers.

Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description:
  • Establish connections to big real estate companies
  • Make business development plans together with the Vice President and implements business plans
  • Do market research on potential clients and projects
  • Do presentation and proposals of the company's service to the client, stake holders, and other concerned parties
  • Responsible for end-to-end process such as making quotations, construction planning, post-construction services, warranty, payment collection, etc.
  • Submit reports regularly
Major Responsibilities:
  • Make good partnership with leading Real Estate Developers by approaching key persons of such companies
  • Win construction contracts for projects, high rise commercial buildings, hospitals, etc.
  • Plan strategies for promoting  the company's construction service
  • Lead and manage the Sales Team
Qualifications:
  • a Bachelor's Degree graduate in any field
  • Must have at least 10-15 years of work experience in Real Estate Development Industry in the Philippines
  • Well versed in end-to-end process of real estate development projects (land acquisition, development planning, dealing with the contractors, etc.)
  • Have handled condominium, large business establishments, and high-rise buildings
  • With experience in business development or clinching new businesses and clients
  • Closed at least 10B to 20B projects
  • Willing to work in Makati
