Job Description and Qualification:


Responsible in selling and promoting the company's service, maintaining existing accounts and developing new services / accounts for the company. Provide internal and external customer satisfaction.


1.     Keeps abreast of business development. Anticipates business opportunities to identify requirements of new business.

2.     Establishes sales budget / targets

3.     Develop new business service based on agreed/approved sales budget/targets

4.     Ensures the effective implementation of client service requirement.

5.     Prepares annual sales plan and expense budgets.

6.   Attends important events, meetings, conventions and conferences to maintain and strengthen trade relations.

7.     Collaborates with higher management in the formulation of policies and procedures affecting sales.

8.     Decides mode of action to be taken on problematic accounts.

9.     Decides on corrective measures or disciplinary actions to be taken against erring subordinates.

10.   Conducts cost comparison studies to evaluate the company's service against competitors.

11.   Maintains clients’ portfolios. Accommodates their complaints and request along the company's line of service. 

12.   Coordinates with the department or section for prompt and proper response to clients’ problems.

13.   Conducts business review on a quarterly basis.

14.   Performs other duties maybe assigned from time to time.


1.  College graduate preferably in Business Administration and Management.

2.  Preferably with at least 5 years of related work experience and 2 to 3 years in Sea Freight selling.

3.  Has proven track record in sales

4.  Good in oral and written communication.

4.  Computer literate.
